The Registration Center will be located at the Budapest Marriott Hotel. All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE ICC 2013.
Authors must be registered by Wednesday, 27 February 2013.
Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create on author account for these submissions.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE ICC 2013 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ICC 2013 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®.

TUTORIALS REGISTRATION
You may register for Tutorials without registering for the conference. Please indicate which tutorial you will attend even if this is just the one free tutorial that is included in your registration (Seat availability in each tutorial is on a First-Come, First-Served Basis.). For each additional tutorial that is not included in your registration you will be charged a Tutorial Only registration. If it is necessary to cancel a tutorial, liability of IEEE ICC 2013 is limited to refund tutorial fee.

You may register for Workshops without registering for the conference. Workshops require an additional fee. Workshops are not included in any conference registration category. If it is necessary to cancel a workshop, liability of IEEE ICC 2013 is limited to refunding the workshop fee.
