Call for Tutorial Proposals

IEEE ICC 2013 seeks tutorial proposals, which should provide a focused lecture on new and emerging topics within the scope of communications. The tutorial proposal should describe concisely the content, importance and timeliness of the tutorial.

It should contain the abstract, scope, intended audience, objective and motivation, prior history of the tutorial presentation, its outline, the biographical sketch of the presenters and any other information that may assist us in deciding upon the best proposals. All tutorials will have a duration of half a day.

Submitted tutorial proposals should not exceed FOUR pages and should be submitted in form of a single PDF file. The proposals should be submitted through EDAS at https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=12663 by October 7, 2012.
